Position Overview: As an Account Manager at Morgan & Morgan, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to help them achieve their goals through technology. You will proactively manage client accounts, deliver quarterly business reviews, and identify opportunities to grow revenue through additional services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, create, and pursue opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Support the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Ensure consistent booking and delivery of QBRs.
- Develop account plans and technology roadmaps aligned to client goals.
- Identify white space opportunities across IT, telecoms, and cyber security services.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations that improve client outcomes.
- Assist with order processing and query resolution.
- Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and scorecards.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, activities, opportunities, and pipeline within the CRM.
- Provide reports and updates as required.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Morgan & Morgan's services and products.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in account management or sales role is preferred. Experience within IT, telecoms, cyber security, or other technology-related industries would be advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive, and clients focused.
- Ability to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail and CRM discipline.
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams.
